Working on weekends
for no extra pay,

"Job basis", "exempt" or some other kind of BS.  It means working overtime without getting paid for overtime.  It works that way.  They classify your job as managerial even if you don't manage anybody or they argue that you're getting paid too much to "deserve" overtime pay.  It's unfair.  It's demeaning.  It insults your intelligence. But it's legal illegal.  The law is wrong,  The law allows employers to squeeze all the juice they can out of you and then throw you away, like you'd to with a lemon.
